Privacy note

Privacy & cookies

Last updated: September 2026

The short version

We keep analytics light and privacy-first. Third-party analytics (Google, Microsoft) load only after you choose Accept on the cookie banner — choose Decline and no analytics cookies are written to your device at all. Separately, we run our own cookie-free measurement of how pages are used; it sets no cookies and holds no personal data — only a random ID kept in your browser and anonymous, aggregate usage. We never store your full IP address.

What we use

All analytics load through a single Google Tag Manager container, and only after consent:

  • Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic and page performance (which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, whether a call-to-action was clicked).
  • Microsoft Clarity — anonymised, aggregate interaction insights (heatmaps and session patterns) to see where the site is confusing.
  • Quantiv first-party analytics — our own lightweight, cookie-free measurement of how pages are used (views, scrolling, clicks), tied to a random ID kept only in your browser's local storage and never shared. From your network address we derive only the organisation or internet provider that owns it — to understand which companies find us — and we do not store your full IP address. Network and organisation data powered by IPLocate.io.
  • Contact details you submit — when you fill in a form (such as our contact form), we store what you enter — name, email, phone and company — so we can reply and manage your enquiry, linked to your visit history for context. We never sell it, and you can ask us to correct or delete it anytime (see Your rights).

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for cross-site advertising.

Consent & how it works

We implement Google Consent Mode v2 with analytics and advertising storage set to denied by default. Tags stay dormant until you accept. If you decline, GA4 runs in cookieless mode — no analytics cookies are written to your device.

You can change your mind any time: clear this site's data in your browser (which resets your choice, clears the first-party random ID, and re-shows the banner), or email us at the address below to ask us to stop.

When you contact us

If you submit the contact form (or a service-page enquiry), we store the details you provide — name, email, phone, company, budget and your message — so we can reply and follow up. This goes to our own systems, never a third-party form service, sits behind password-protected access, and is used only to respond to your enquiry. We keep it no longer than needed and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the EU/UK GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold, and to withdraw consent. We honour these requests. Analytics data we hold is aggregate and not used to identify individuals.
