AI & Automation, Chatbots
A chatbot people are glad to talk to.
Most chatbots make customers angry. Ours answer real questions, in your voice, trained on your business, and pass the conversation to a person the moment a person is needed. First reply in seconds, any hour.
01Why most chatbots fail
You know the feeling. You type a clear question, and the bot loops you through five menus that don't fit, then asks you to “rephrase,” then tells you to email support anyway.
That bot isn't helping. It's a wall between the customer and an answer.
The problem is that most bots are built to deflect, to keep people away from your team, instead of to actually resolve the question. They don't know your business. They can't tell an easy question from a hard one. And they never let go when they're out of their depth. We build the opposite.
02A chatbot that actually helps
A good chatbot does three things well: it answers the easy questions instantly, it knows when it's out of its depth, and it hands off cleanly to a human when it should.
Get those three right and something changes. Customers get answers at 11 PM without waiting for morning. Your team stops answering “what are your hours?” for the hundredth time. And the questions that do reach a person arrive with context, so nobody starts from zero.
That's the whole point. Not a bot that pretends to be human. A bot that's genuinely useful, and honest about its limits.
03Trained on your business, not the internet
A generic chatbot gives generic answers. Ours are trained on what’s actually true about you: your products, your pricing rules, your policies, your FAQs, your past support conversations.
So when someone asks “do you deliver to Pune?” or “what’s the warranty on this model?” the answer is right, because it comes from your own information, not a guess from the open web.
We keep it current, too. When your policies or products change, the bot’s knowledge changes with them. And when it doesn’t know? It says so, and gets a person, rather than inventing an answer. For a business, a confident wrong answer is worse than “let me connect you to someone who can help.”
0424/7 first response
Speed is the quiet advantage.
Most enquiries don’t need a long conversation. They need a fast, correct first reply, an order status, a price, a “yes we do that, here’s how it works.” A person can’t be there at every hour. A trained bot can.
So the customer who visits at midnight, or during your team’s lunch, or on a Sunday, still gets an answer in seconds. The clock doesn’t stop for your business hours, and neither does the bot. When your team logs in, the easy stuff is already handled, and only the real conversations are waiting.
05Knowing when to hand off to a human
This is the part most people get wrong, and the part we care about most.
A chatbot should never trap someone. The moment a question gets complicated, emotional, high-value, or simply outside what the bot knows, it should hand off, smoothly, to the right person, with the full conversation attached.
We set those handoff rules with you. Some are obvious: a customer asking to speak to someone, an angry message, a request to cancel or refund. Others are specific to you: a high-value enquiry, a legal question, a VIP account. When the bot hits one, it stops trying to handle it alone and brings in your team, with everything they need to pick up mid-conversation. The result is a system where the bot handles volume and people handle nuance.
06Capturing leads while you sleep
A chatbot isn't only for support. It's often your fastest salesperson.
When a visitor shows interest, the bot can ask the right questions, answer their objections, and capture their details, name, need, budget, timeline, right in the conversation. That’s a qualified lead sitting in your CRM the next morning, instead of a visitor who left because nobody was around.
It can book meetings, share the right resource, and route hot leads straight to sales for immediate follow-up. Paired with our lead qualification work, the bot doesn’t just collect names, it tells your team which ones are worth calling first.
07Where we build it
Your chatbot can live wherever your customers already are: your website, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook messages, or inside your app. WhatsApp especially matters in India, for many customers it’s the first place they’ll message a business, and the bot meets them there. We connect it to the tools you already run, your CRM, your helpdesk, your calendar, so a conversation turns into a record, a ticket, or a booking without anyone re-typing it.
08How we build it
Four steps, same as everything we do. First, we learn your business, the questions you get, the answers you give, the rules behind them. Then we train and build the bot on that, in your voice. We test it hard on real questions before it ever meets a customer, and we set the handoff rules with your team. Once it’s live, we watch the real conversations, see where it stumbles, and keep making it sharper. A chatbot gets better the longer it runs.
FAQ
Will it sound like a robot?
No. We write it in your brand's voice and keep it plain and human. And it's honest, it doesn't pretend to be a person or fake its way through a question it can't answer. Customers trust “let me get someone who can help” far more than a smooth non-answer.
What happens when the bot can't answer?
It hands off to your team, with the full conversation attached, so nobody repeats themselves. You decide the rules for when that happens: certain keywords, high-value enquiries, angry messages, or a direct request for a human.
How long does it take to build?
A focused chatbot for your common questions and lead capture can go live in around a few weeks. More complex bots, deeper integrations, multiple channels, richer knowledge, take longer, but you’ll see it working before it’s public.
